Location Location Location

I took 16 paintings to the New Morning Bakery in Corvallis for a month long show.
I have had these on the walls in my studio/gallery and they looked good.
The bakery has a long brick wall with track lighting and oh my!
It really made the paintings look great!

I read your insightful blog post about prioritizing location when buying a Corvallis home, and wanted to thank you for this helpful advice as someone starting my home search.

You made excellent points about looking beyond the house itself to the surrounding neighborhood. Factors like walkability, noise, traffic and amenities can profoundly impact lifestyle and home enjoyment.
