A NEW Gallery!

I was contacted by a gallery owner and she was interested in my work. 

  Great!

She wanted to see it in person before she could make a decision
 if it was right for her place.   

She wanted a pod painting and then a couple more of my choice.

Sure!

How exciting!

She wanted deep edges/sides on the paintings, so I had to paint new ones just for her.

I had trouble painting them.  

Whaa?

I paint every day!

How could this stymie me?


Here is what happened:

I overthought it.  

Over and over and over....

This gallery is a BIG step for me and it is IMPORTANT.

I was painting a resume' and a job application and the
 visualization of a  dream.

Man, oh man! 

I painted horribly.

Then...

I woke up one day and said to myself, "Self! 
 She ALREADY likes 
what you are doing.  


 Just frigging DO IT!"

So I did. 

They arrived yesterday in Pennsylvania.
SHE LIKED THEM!  
Whew!
