I have these end pieces of canvas from my canvas roll and they are not quite big enough for some paintings - but they seen to be a great size for my printing project.

I like the ambiguous nature of these.

Then I decided to get a BIG piece of canvas and start printing with my recycled styrofoam that I carved.

This was eye candy to me.
Then, I overlaid print-on-print and then and then and then!

I have to go do more of this today.
Have to.
Must go now.....

It kinda crept up on me - but the robots are amassing in my studio and a couple look a little mad!

This one is done.

Ghost Robot of Christmas Past

This robot is on top of an abstract painting that just somehow was not quite "done."
Done now...

I am on "vacation" from my other jobs this week and devoting my time to turning my office building/studio into an art gallery for my paintings.
I have been finishing many pieces and getting a sign made to put out front and paintings titled and priced.
Now that is what I call a vacation!

I was working on the robot painting this afternoon - still not finished - but here - have a look...

Klaatu barada nikto

Then I was putting a clear finish on the control panel painting and I realized that the control panel was really a rocket or space ship control panel.
Of course!
I had no idea that was what I was painting until I did the NEXT painting which was the robot.
